Instead of making excuses, he took full responsibility and made sure everything got resolved quickly and the right way. That kind of follow-through means a lot. Cool R Us is a great company! I called for a quote to relocate my AC unit & they came out the next day, gave me a quote, & didn’t push me by sending a million emails & texts. Josh, the guy who came out to give me a quote, had a very trusting “vibe” about him & he seemed genuine. The price was also a great price for what I was requesting! When his team arrived, they were pleasant, asked clarifying questions, & got the job done quickly. My AC is also old so they ensured everything was up & running great again before they left. Cool R Us is awesome. They quoted me the best price three years ago when I had the AC system replaced at my dad’s house, and they did a fantastic job at a great price again this past weekend when they replaced the AC system in my own house. They installed it on a Sunday after coming out for an urgent call on Saturday during this heat wave. Everyone with the company was polite and very friendly, despite having to go into our 120-degree attic, and didn’t charge extra for weekend work.
