Well, hears my story. Several months ago I had Cool R US install a new A/C unit in my mother in laws house. The guys that came out were fantastic. They were very professional and never missed a beat. I was impressed and very satisfied with their service. Well, I started having issues with my A/C unit. It was old and served us well, but I was getting tired of worrying when it would finally quit. Needless to say, I called Cool R Us to give me a quote on replacing it. I was satisfied with the price and closed the deal. Vase and his crew came out shortly after 8am. They got started very quick and never stopped. They installed the outside unit, air handler and ran another return from the other end of my house. They had the job completed, packed up and gone at 1:30. They cleaned up during the day and left everything just as they found it. Michael and Abdul did a great job. I want them for my fall service. The condensate pump was running too long because the condensate line was stopped up. Michael and Abdul unstopped the line and had the pump running as it should. Michael gave me some tips to keep this from happening in the future. He promised to check it closely at our fall service.
