COOL R US did a great job communicating and putting everything in writing for our HVAC replacement. We replaced an older system with a Trane 4-ton heat pump setup (5HPL5 condenser + 5TEM6 air handler) and they were very clear about what was included: permit, surge protectors for indoor/outdoor units, new pad and disconnect, drain safety float switch, filter rack, duct stand, and full system start-up/testing. Josh was responsive and answered all of my questions in detail (labor warranty, parts warranty, lineset testing/reuse policy, permit inspection process, and Trane registration).
