Our salesman, Josh Conway, was awesome to work with—super professional, upfront, and genuinely cared about getting us the right system without any pressure or sales gimmicks. What really stood out was how Josh handled a couple of small hiccups along the way. Instead of making excuses, he took full responsibility and made sure everything got resolved quickly and the right way. That kind of follow-through means a lot. The install team did a great job, and the system has been running perfectly. And honestly, for the quality of the equipment and service we got, the price was better than anything else we were quoted. I had many choices and interviewed multiple companies until someone in the neighborhood had recommended Cool R Us. I spoke with the owner of the company and he was very effective, kind and within an hour I had his people in my property. He gave me the unfortunate news of my AC Compressor was done. Mr. Lek had a solution within hours; He was able to help me and correct the issue. The price was very reasonable and/or fair… His attention was amazing and I highly recommend Cool R Us for all your AC needs. If you want your system running the same day, call Cool-R-US! I had 3 different A/C companies come out to troubleshoot the system and give me a price for the repairs. The other companies gave me an estimate for repairs, over estimated the Freon needed, said it was a 3 to 5 day wait for the parts and once the parts came in I would be put back in the queue for scheduling the repair. Cool-R-US technicians came with the mindset of getting the system up and running that day. Their technicians were disappointed they couldn’t get it running while they were there. Lek ordered the part for overnight delivery and his technicians returned the very next day to repair the system! Their technicians were thorough, explained what needed to be done, and cleaned up before they left, all at 20% less than what the others quoted. That’s the kind of service I’m certain we all want.
